Hi, I’m Jacqueline.  I’m a grief coach, but I’m also a bereaved person myself.  My grief journey started when I was 22 years old after my father took his own life.  More recently I lost a 5-week-old grandson and a 34-year-old niece within 8 months of each other.  

As we go through life, we question why bad things happen to us and those we love.  I now look back and honestly feel like my life has been a perfectly written novel to prepare me to be equipped to help others.  I feel like my whole life has been preparing me for the opportunity to help people work through the most painful and life changing experiences of their lives.

Clients I’ve worked with have found new awareness, reconciled the painful emotions associated with losing a loved one and found inner peace and strength to move forward.

Deep Dive Session

In this 90-minute session we will explore what influences your individual journey and acknowledge your loss with honor and love. By the end of our time together you will have planned ideas for your way to proceed with grieving your loss.

Private One-on-One Coaching

Weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute coaching session (depending upon what works best for your schedule). Interactive activities to assist in releasing feelings and getting underneath what our heart has to say. Recorded sessions via Zoom if desired.

Mental Fitness Journey

Mental Fitness is a 6-week program that uses neuroscience, psychology and performance science to increase the time you spend in positive emotions and decrease the time spent in negative emotions.
