My Story with The Mental Fitness PQ Program

We all struggle with negative self-talk for a good portion of our lives. 

I spent many years worrying that I said something wrong and how it may have impacted someone, I lacked confidence in some of my business activities even though others gave me positive feedback.  

I judged myself, others and circumstances in my life negatively and spent way too much time pondering these thoughts. Then, one day someone told me about the book “The Untethered Soul” by Michael Singer.  It was a game changer.  

I learned to recognize when I was having these thoughts and to stop the saboteurs who were trying to fill my head with lies and politely ask them to leave and that I didn’t need them.  This new knowledge along with daily meditation and gratitude practices took me to a new level.
